What’s more, our score increased on trust-related questions from previous engagement surveys. Due to the continued evolution of our culture, we are seeing a lower turnover rate than what we experienced prior to the pandemic. Most importantly, we are committed to acting with integrity and we take reports of discrimination incredibly seriously at Topco.
