Pluspunten
Customers have an interesting range of products you get to learn about 2 stars for diversity and inclusion as staff have to support one and other to get through the day.
Minpunten
The customers TCP manage to attract are certainly interesting. However, it is very easy to become burnt out. Staff retention is near non existant with Apprentices making up the majority of the work force and anyone in the middle ground jumping ship. The hardest part of the job comes down to the subscribed customers being strung along constantly. Told that the product development they require for the functionality they were originally sold is "just around the corner" or "this will be available in the next Sprint". A majority of the time these promises do/did not materialise hence the constant burnt out feeling. Rightly, the customers are constantly chasing for the items they were promised in the original sale. To add to the customer unhappiness, it seems staff retention is poor. A husband and wife (a family business would be a stretch) company you can find yourself with no one to turn to, and fearful of discussing a mistake or customer issue as you will likely get a telling off/belittled. Not a productive work environment and glad to see the back of it!
