As a training provider herself she clearly understands the importance of professional growth and was very supportive of my career progression. TTP has a supportive and collaborative culture and I always felt comfortable asking questions or seeking guidance from the MD/Senior Leadership Team. Communication was open and there was a clear focus on delivering high quality training to learners. I had the skills, knowledge and tools I needed to deliver a great job which made a real difference in supporting learners effectively. Learners are clearly at the heart of everything TTP do. It’s a great place to work if you want to develop your skills and be part of a team that values learning and improvement.
