Hospital staff were normally friendly, the hospital staff actually taught me how to handle bio and contagion rooms, easy hours

Minpunten

horrible management, training was useless as it didn't cover what we really needed to know, payroll is off, don't get paid the over time, manager changes the hours to fit her needs, if you need help you won't get it, favoritism, hard working employees get overworked due to the favorite lady employees getting to sit and do nothing, hours change last second without notification, schedule changes without notification, management doesn't care about employees violence or bullying

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
