Where to start? From having a boss that calls you by the wrong name for two years to having no career planning, this company is a train-wreck. My former boss had no regards for anyone lower than him on the org. chart and it continually showed. There was no career planning and he did not utilize you to your potential. When you are working at a level that is 10 years below your skill and experience, this is a red flag and a sure sign to move on. Other areas of concern in the company is the people how hold control of things that should not be in power. Toyo is very scared of shifting responsibilities to more appropriate people because they don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. When you propose easy and cost effective solutions to some important problems and they fall to the wayside, it makes you wonder why you are even there. It really looks like Toyo Canada is a company that does not want to get better. There were so many opportunities to get the company pointed in the right direction but the executive team and middle management didn't see things as a priority.
