Sad office behaviour - werkgeversreview Sales Advisor bij Trade Direct Insurance Services

While the insurance industry generally has a reputation that precedes it as mundane, cold and bureaucratic, TDI as a working environment is the liveliest and warmest environment I have ever worked in. While obviously still maintaining a professional tone at work as an insurance broker, that does not encroach on the fun and laughter which is at the centre of organisational culture. The business, despite being highly successful and growing, maintains a small business feel that stresses both personal and group development. I have left the organisation for external reasons and nothing related to the role or the business itself.

I can see this environment potentially being difficult if you prefer a highly formal environment and working individually without background noise.

There are no positives to this company.

Genuinely worst company I've ever worked for. Awful 'lad' culture. Every employee is treated based on different rules. The management gaslight you and make you feel awful.
