      Pluspunten

      Lighthearted and fun workplace. No bureaucracy. Really competitive pay. Reliable and transparent pay reviews. Transparent leadership and strategy. You get treated with care, right from the top. You get involved with whatever needs to be done. Small but effective design practice. A social workplace with events and team activities. Great work-life balance. You won't find yourself pulling 60 hours week here, if you are, you are doing something wrong. Lots of autonomy and you are given a lot of responsibility.

      good pay hybrid nice office central location

      Minpunten

      Bully culture from management in one on one catchups. Was not assigned anyone to ask for guidance during onboarding so had to face management constantly. Split shifts covering multiple timezones which really crept up during time at home.

      Pluspunten

      Tradify has a really supportive and welcoming atmosphere where people enjoy working together. The leadership team is approachable and transparent, and they genuinely care about the wellbeing of everyone. There’s a lot of trust and autonomy, so you feel ownership of your work but also know that support is there whenever you need it. The culture is collaborative and positive, with colleagues who want to see each other succeed. New ideas are encouraged, growth is supported, and achievements are celebrated in a way that makes you feel valued.
