working at a client allows some flexibility, although with nearly 80% travel it's more about what you do with your evenings if you aren't on a plane or driving
Minpunten
constant turmoil at the top, failure to pay out commissions timely, travel policy doesn't allow for a passable meal save for fast food, no indication of whether you are doing well or not from management. poorly supported at client at times.
TradingPartners seemed like a good place to work several years ago but management has changed drastically. Turnover is out of control. People get fired without any warning or reason. The only way to get a raise or promotion is to be "in" with top management, not off of work performance. Overall I would say it's a high stress environment that doesn't offer a work/life balance for most employees. Leaving TradingPartners was one of the best choices I've ever made.
