This is not a suitable place for freshers or early-career professionals. The work environment is heavily driven by internal politics, and employees who are not involved in it often struggle to survive. Performance alone does not seem to be enough.
The company appears to operate under constant budget constraints, which impacts hiring and job security. There is a heavy reliance on interns to manage critical tasks, including client handling, often without proper training or guidance. When expectations are not met, the response is pressure rather than support.
One of the most concerning aspects is the lack of work-life balance. There is effectively no leave culture—employees are expected to work even when they are on leave. In many cases, “work from home” is used as a workaround instead of granting proper time off, even during personal or health-related situations. There is little to no backup planning, which puts continuous pressure on individuals.
Management is highly involved in day-to-day tasks to the point of micromanagement, leaving little room for independent work or growth. Decision-making often feels inconsistent, and there are instances where favoritism impacts team dynamics.
Overall, the environment can become mentally exhausting over time.
I would strongly not recommend this organization to someone looking for a healthy, stable, and growth-oriented start to their career.
