Pluspunten

Diversity is important at Trane and the employees doing the actual work are very driven by the customer experience.

Minpunten

The high level management shows very little trust in those leading the business areas which trickles down to the employee level. This leads to a certain level of fear for the associates to raise concerns or offer ideas for change/improvement. In my time there, I felt the effects of gaslighting from leadership. It is a shame, this is a great company with great people doing the work, but the leadership seems to get in the way by pounding their chests showing how important they are

Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

Pluspunten

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Minpunten

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
