Northern California branch utilizes union workers. Management allowed employees to manage themselves for the most part.

Minpunten

Direct manager does not understand service model. Direct manager made decisions without clearly stating objectives. Call center is a joke. Tech support is an even bigger joke.

They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

Pluspunten

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Minpunten

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
