Pluspunten
I worked with a lot of smart people trying hard to improve the company. Decent pay, great benefits and a fair amount of vacation time (3 wks < 5 years).
Minpunten
I also worked with lots of really terrible people (Arrogant, closed-minded) trying their hardest not to change. There was some room for advancement but at the and of the day it doesn't matter because decisions will still be decided for you from someone a thousand miles away.
