Um..I got paid every week. That's about the only pro being there.

The people. The menial work. The people. Watching the loudmouths and suck ups do whatever they want and never be disciplined but the people who actually do their work are scrutinized at every turn. The people.

Pay and benefits could be better, in particular would like more vacation time. Conflicting priorities and sometimes the plan keeps changing making it hard to complete tasks on time.
