Responsibility - for someone of my age, I have a huge amount of responsibility and TransPerfect trusts me in this role. Most of the workforce is young (under 35) and this means the atmosphere is amazing. Colleagues become family - my best friends work with me here, I've been here over 5 years and have met almost all the sales team globally, we have a great team. TransPerfect is built on it's people, and they are fantastic.
