Varied projects Quick fast paced environment Close contact with management chances to implements changes Global company, various travel opportunities and chances to work in other offices. Well compensated straight out of uni, and teaches vital skills

Minpunten

monotonous work High staff turnover, upon people leaving work-load could become unbearable sales and production often have conflicting views of what is possible, leading to the world being promised to a client for next to nothing, and the production department having no feasible way of realising said fantasy Lack of realistic promotion opportunities

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
