I started at TPT 3 years ago as an Account Executive. Since then, I have had the best 3 years of my life. Professionally and personally. Do you have to work hard, grind, and put in the time to succeed? Yes, but if you could name a job that doesn't require this in order for you to be successful then I would like to hear it. I was given advice by senior people around me who also shared their secrets on how they became successful. Did I make cold calls, yes! Did I have to be proactive in order to gain new business, yes! This is a sales role so if you do not like "selling", you will struggle. Without doing anything out of the ordinary I am now earning more money than I could have imagined 3 years ago. I have friends who work in London, in Sales, and they are jealous of my job. I have travelled to some amazing places, and attended some of the best parties imaginable. I have attended first class sales conferences and developed friends for life. I owe a lot to the past 3 years at TPT. Lastly, nobody has asked me to write this review, or even mentioned this site to me.

Not sure this is a con but it is hard work. If you dont want to put in the effort, dont expect to be a success.
