There’s none. The company only cater to white people. Minorities work the hardest and paid the less. I would advised you work somewhere else.

Minpunten

There’s a bunch. As I mentioned above. There’s no leadership mentor. Minorities are not treated equally.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
