The work environment is incredibly toxic, as the company prioritizes high sales over the well-being of its employees, allowing toxic individuals to thrive. The expectations are unrealistic, with demands for 100 cold calls a day while simultaneously managing multiple projects, following up on invoices, and handling admin tasks. On top of that, the salary is far below what is deserved for the workload.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
