The amount of work that goes into each project is impressive, and the professionalism of the team is evident.

Honestly, there are not many cons to working at TransitionZero. If I had to come up with one, it would be that, as a relatively young non-profit, some of the processes are still being established. However, this is something that the company is actively working on and improving.
