Minpunten
Employees often work very long hours due to lean staffing and constantly shifting priorities. The CEO frequently introduced new initiatives and changing directions without fully considering the impact on existing workloads or team capacity. This created a reactive environment where it was difficult to focus and plan effectively.
There was often a disconnect between leadership messaging and execution, with promises made that were not always followed through on. The company also lacked a consistent long-term vision, which contributed to uncertainty and made it challenging for teams to stay aligned on strategic priorities.
