There’s a big difference between what the company says it values and how things actually work, especially when it comes to employee advancement. HR doesn’t engage with staff much, but they make the big decisions about who gets promoted, creating a lack of transparency and consistency in career progression. It also seems to have nothing to do with your actual output. Pay is lower than what you’d expect for the amount of work and experience needed.
