Management genuinely cares about your development as an employee. Workplace culture is relaxed but everyone works hard. No tribalism.

Workplace duties could be segmented more appropriately.

Good company for benefits and reasonable compensation (starting pay). Great co-workers who were more like family to me (since I was there 13 years and getting the knowledge of the product they sold).

Poor corporate management (Especially Boston and New York), lack of support and slow to implement new processes. Benefits are not that great (especially since they never changed in 13 years employment). Lack of meaningful KPI's, lack of ability to access data, company slow to adopt process improvement suggestions. tregional manager was a complete idiot
