Managers are incredibly transparent and makes sure that everyone understands what’s happening at all levels of the company. 4. Leaders are very approachable, and it truly feels like we’re all moving forward as one team.
Minpunten
1. The Hyderabad office is still pretty new, so a few things like the cafeteria and fun zone aren't set up yet, but they said they are already working on it. 2. There’s no cab facility for the morning shift, which can be a little inconvenient depending on where you stay. 3. Since it's a growing setup, a few things are still settling in, but overall it doesn’t get in the way of the work or the team vibe.
