Haven't met an employer as selfless to be honest. Even if we have to work overtime, it is not forced and of our own accord and responsibility, often with compensation after peak periods (offs). - Great welfare benefits (bonus, medical, retreats etc.) for a consultancy of this size for full-time employees. This is in comparison to the 3-4 consultancies I used to work in of similar size and industry. - Work location is flexible and employees can choose to work-from-home if it suits them better. - Salary and compensation is definitely competitive.
