10yTrinity | ERD understands that this employee is dissatisfied with their work. We too, are disappointed as we had hoped and expected this employee to find success within our firm. Unfortunately, they did not.
The period during which this person left the firm was at the tail-end of our addressing under-performing employees. Among other notable deficiencies, we had employees who over-represented their technical skills, employees who were unable to manage their time, and employees who lacked independent motivation. We realized we had given several employees more chances than not to make improvements. Obviously, such situations are emotionally charged.
Trinity | ERD does value its employees. We acknowledge that we do speak at length to give candidates as clear a picture as possible of what we do and what is expected in the position. We believe that the search for the right employee-employer fit should be mutual and respect a candidate’s need to be fully informed of the job. We regret that this was not viewed in the spirit in which it was intended but will continue to give future candidates the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
