Dysfunctional and abusive - employees are treated daily with vulgar disrespect. HR lacks confidentiality; gossips about all the employees, including the CEO. Upper project management gossips & gives opposite direction from CEO; they and HR set up everyone for failure by giving incorrect information or direction. Turnover is 100%. Expectations are not provided nor communicated at any time during employee's short tenure with company. Screaming vulgarities to employees is ongoing and "the norm".
