Very good work environment. Multidisciplinary collaboration makes my job easier and gets patients' every need met. We have a unit based council and shared governance is effective in streamlining patient care.
Minpunten
We are expected to have no overtime but are sometimes out if ratio or have high acuity patients. It is difficult to reconcile these expectations,
