Overtime available. Caring nursing staff. Large company with a lot of different facilities, which gives employees more options for work.

Minpunten

Disrespect for employees. Pay could be higher for the work. Staff ratio could be better, bad turn over. Scheduling is difficult to work with.

Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

Minpunten

Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
