On a site level there can be excellent company culture and management. Departments have their own personalities, if it fits, it's great.
Minpunten
Upper management makes site managers responsible for their lack of accountability, untrustworthiness, and overall micro managing. "Lean" initiatives spend too much in the wrong places and cut things we actually need. No one listens or cares but they make every effort to appear like they do. It's all surface level. Upper management's attempts to "be nice" are all bold face lying and blame shifting. Overall caring more about how THEY look than anything else. Blaming ground employees for their own inaction. They make a huge deal about customer reviews but then do nothing with them. No merits are given if you get excellent reviews, no PIP if you're given poor ones. No reason to work harder than you absolutely have to unless you really enjoy your staff.
