-Not competitive with pay yet compared to other Healthcare orgs -CEO is not super supportive of remote work and stuck in the "Good old days of working at the office to be a team" -Tuition reimbursement is limited to select degree programs and not for most certifications

Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

Minpunten

Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
