In today's fast-paced corporate landscape, finding a leader who not only excels in their role but also fosters a culture of support and growth among their team is a rarity. Yet, within our organization, District Manager Austin stands out as a shining example of such leadership. From day one, Austin has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that every member of his team feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. One of Austin's most commendable traits is his open-door policy and approachability. Despite his busy schedule and myriad responsibilities, he always makes time to listen attentively to his employees' concerns, ideas, and feedback. Whether it's a one-on-one meeting or an impromptu chat in the hallway, Austin's genuine interest in his team member's professional development and personal well-being is palpable. Moreover, Austin leads by example, setting high standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence for his team to emulate. Through his proactive communication, clear goal-setting, and constructive feedback, he fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement that motivates his employees to strive for greatness in everything they do.
Minpunten
It's important to recognize that even the most exceptional leaders are not immune to moments of imperfection. What distinguishes Austin is his humility and transparency in owning up to his mistakes. Rather than shying away from feedback or making excuses, Austin demonstrates a remarkable ability to confront his shortcomings head-on and take meaningful action to rectify them.

Great people, caring upper management, fun meetings, good coworkers, great work environment, uncapped commission potential, base salary, full health, dental, vision, variety of optional insurances, 401k with large company match, actually helping people save money, helping the planet.
Minpunten
Inter-department communication, slow company-wide decision making, bad apples have forced upper management to make decisions that feel like tight leash on entry level reps.

There used to be more positive to working here but under the new CEO they have taken everything away from their long standing employees.

One of the biggest issues is pay. Employees who have been here for years who know the job inside and out are often making the same as (or less than) brand new hires who are just coming in with little to no experience. It’s frustrating and honestly pretty discouraging when your time, effort, and knowledge don’t seem to be valued. It also feels like the teams doing the bulk of the day-to-day work and making sure everything runs smoothly aren’t compensated fairly for the workload they carry. Raises and improvements to benefits are limited, even for those who consistently go above and beyond. At the same time, there’s a clear difference in how departments are treated. Sales teams are rewarded with trips, events, and strong financial incentives, while internal teams, who play a huge role in actually driving success for this company, don’t see the same level of recognition or pay. It creates a pretty big disconnect. What makes it harder is that the company promotes a very positive, upbeat culture, but that doesn’t always match the reality employees experience day to day. Over time, this discourages a lot of employees from wanting to remain here.
