The role allowed me to strengthen my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse teams and tools. While the work itself was meaningful, the role lacked long-term stability, and organizational changes resulted in unexpected layoffs. There were also times when support and communication from higher management could have been stronger, particularly during periods of transition and uncertainty.
