Management has absolutely no respect for employees' personal lives, family commitments, or boundaries outside of standard working hours. ​Bizarre Executive Priorities: Leadership is deeply out of touch. There is a strange, almost obsessive focus on trivial, subservient tasks—such as ensuring a daily lunch delivery to the CEO—rather than focusing on actual business strategy or employee well-being. ​Lack of Recognition: Burnout is rampant because hard work goes entirely unnoticed and unappreciated. Management shows zero understanding or empathy for how hard the staff is grinding to keep things afloat.
