Working at Trueform shocked me on a daily basis. I was surprised by the unprofessional communication style displayed by certain employees, which at times felt very inappropriate for a workplace setting. Some conversations of which I heard, were honestly quite vulgar. Additionally, I was not provided with the necessary technical equipment for my role and had to rely on my own resources to complete my work. There was also a noticeable lack of organisation within my department, coupled with some staff members displaying unprofessional behaviour. It also became clear that my manager lacked effective leadership skills, resulting in minimal support and guidance in my role. I would avoid working here.

Absolutely no pro's to this place

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, If you know what's good for you STAY AWAY. They simply can't get your pay right as there's ALWAYS some sort of mistake or error on their end. When you try to chase up HR and Accounts regarding this they just pass the blame from one to another- constantly giving excuses and prolonging the issue, They fail to communicate with each other and don't answer the phone to avoid you as they can't be bothered to deal with it. HR and Accounts by far the worst I've ever come across, Rude and extremely unhelpful. Consistent lack of overtime and only give it to those who have been there a long time. Salary is shocking.
