I recently joined Trulia from another company that had a great work culture. I was worried how I'd find Trulia given my past experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find a genuinely great place to work. There is lot of respect for work life balance. There are the usual perks with food and fun to keep you going on. But what stands out are the people and the culture. As an engineer, Innovation Week where you get to work on whatever you like for a week every quarter is a nice perk. Meetups are hosted frequently at the pent house which gives you a convenient way to keep up with what's going on elsewhere.
