Minpunten
THE Supervisor is literally disgusting, her attitude is horrible, she is not trained to be a supervisor, no team work, she claims she doesn't like to micromanage, but in actuality that's all she ends up doing, heavy workload, but why are you so keen on micromanaging, she will smile in your face, but write you up for petty things. She uses work like LIE, when sometimes you can misinform a customer on information. Its a lot to learn. Expect to be heavily micromanaged, overly worked, and have no help from the Underwriters that make the majority of the money. The calls are waaaay over the 20-30 calls per day they tell you in the interview. Definitely 60-75 per day. This is a call center with non stop phone calls, when you get off the phone you have tons of work to process. Don't expect much time in between the calls for a breather or even a breather at all during the day. The hour lunch that you recieve is the only time that you have to experience a moment of sanity. The calls are coming from physiologist that are mean, nasty and always angry. The irony! If you like being on the phones all day this is the job for you. If you don't mind signing a NO cell phone usage waiver, this is the job for you. Being micromanaged is your thing, this job is for you. Pet Peeve: handling everything in the office, especially I.T. questions.
