Great work environment, super supportive, great benefits for education

Company owners very nice people to work for, all down to earth. Co-workers were great. HR lady was fantastic and really cared. Health care plan is better than what other employers offer.

The biggest con is that they are at the whim of some squirrely customers such as Securaplane and Honeywell. When both of those got into trouble, work dried up and some people were let go. The only other issue I had was that I could not convince them that I was capable of doing other things for them. I was pretty much pigeonholed.
