HR department is understaffed (4 HR people for a company of 1200+), leaving too much recruiting work on the local managers. Existing S.O.P.'s are a joke, lacking any real substance. Individual sites are then left to "figure it all out as you go" instead of truly mastering a strategy and properly training new teams to reproduce that successful model. Upper management is quick to throw subordinates under the bus to save face.

Thank you for providing constructive feedback on your experience with our corporate training program. Management is reviewing this recommendation so we can continue to provide meaningful training to our Integrated Supply staff that is on-site at customer locations. Minpunten

No advancement after 5 years. You receive accolades for a job well done and a week later they are Terminating you. Management is unprofessional and uneducated in their roles.
