Minpunten
Training and management are a joke. There are no clear expectations for employees. If you do something good or challenging it goes completely unnoticed. Most employees don't care. Most people complain all day and truly are miserable. I believe most people feel trapped in their position and are afraid to look for work elsewhere. Little do they know regardless of their age, their skills will transfer. Most are underpaid. My advice is to leave this place. It's liberating!! Some take pride in being good at working here yet get nothing for it. It's really sad. Communication between departments and even in your own department is AWFUL. Honestly it feels like your constantly at war with someone at work and sometimes customers. Not a healthy environment. Upper management walk around with a chip on their shoulder. Even though everything I said above is 100% true Turtle will continue to grow and probably be bought out in a few years. It will grow because the process and product are in place. The company is strategically located through the area and are conveniently in place to service contractors. There are also some strong relationships in place with some major contractors that bring in large revenue. Mark my words this place will be bought out within the next 5-10'years and it will probably be the best thing to happen to everyone working there that is to scared to leave.
