To be honest nothing is good at all.

I am working in UBS from more than one year and this is my review based on my experience. Worst place to work. Worst infrastructure. Worst canteen. No dinner facility for second and night shift people. No parking place for employees for two and four wheeler. Two people sits at one desk very congested. Facility staff is not helpful. Everyone uses VM machines so performance is very very slow. Even MS Word takes more than 5 mins to open and save document. Pathetic experience. Everyone will have to work in UBS in second or night shift.

For recruiting roles specifically, that often means experience with executive searches, niche skill sets, and global requisitions.
