- Flexible hours - On site fitness center, BB court, cafeteria etc - Good benefits and pay - Good mission of safety

Minpunten

- Sr. management roll out changes worldwide without thinking them through then constantly tweak processes interrupting the work flow of staff doing the work. - Lots of staff have been around forever and are not interested in mentoring because they are waiting to retire. - Lots of people don't know what they are doing.

- The team is great. Both morning and night shift tend to interact well and joke. Both teams know the importance of time and place meaning they take work seriously but also have fun. - Manager of the department is really cool and is a team leader. Really cares for the team - Good job to gain experience

Minpunten

- Peak season is a drag. 72hr weeks for ~11 weeks really takes a toll, and upper management doesn't really do anything to help. - The pay isn't all that great compared to other engineers in the Bay Area. - Certification testing follows the procedures of the client and regulatory agencies. There isn't much room to express creative thought. Mundane work. - Regional Manager doesn't have the interest of the employees, only of the client. Regional would go to the meeting as a yes man to the client without consulting the engineering leads. - Ever since UL Solutions went public, it doesn't feel like a safety company. They care more about how much money they can make or save than about the safety of the consumer product.
