*Workload *Unable to leave shift until work is completely finish as well as clean and maintenance numerous aisles, which can be as late as 1 am *Break-room vending machines often unattended and low stocked on a frequent basis *Management blame selection for long shifts due to customer order volumes

It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
