Good pay good benefit and weekends off

Minpunten

Physically grueling work and lots of pressure and very demanding. Management had unrealistic goals and would work there employees like robots. They are all about what looks good on paper.

None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
