Stable, conservative company, good medical benefits, mission of supporting the military and their families is a nice feeling, CEO is great.

Minpunten

large dependency on third party Indian contractors, demand for mandatory overtime, very bureacratic with lots of inefficient processes and procedures.

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
