USCutter has experienced rapid growth. Some of the more negative reviews here reflect those challenges. I know some of those people had hurt feelings that were probably the result of poor communication, however I disagree with the notion that there is any type of negative culture here. It is an evolving culture that has yet to find its identity. There has been a steady amount of new hires to either add to the company or replace people who have left. This has been a positive as it reflects the company's desire to get better. Change is hard for a company and USCutter is no exception, but it has been a catalyst for its continued growth. I respect that management is willing to make changes in areas that are not performing and coach employees that show potential. Managers here take the time to listen. Although I don't always agree with every decision, I feel like I can walk into the President's office at any time if I have a real issue and he will take the time to listen to me. Though the view may not be shared by all, I think the new ownership will be a huge benefit for USCutter in the long run. In addition to getting health care for the first time, we were given dental, life and disability insurance, and a matching 401K. Finally the company is pushing forward by adding new products like Latex Printers and 3D Printers. Selling online is a blast!
Minpunten
USCutter continues to struggle with training. Some people get it and some don't. Much of this has to do with growing pains as well as human resources to handle the training. They have struggled with keeping enough staff in the technical support dept.
