Great Benefits, great co-workers, and many opportunities to grow as an individual. Earning potential is very good as well. A couple of times now the company has given commission back to sales rep after the month is over if company wide every one struggled to reach sales goal.
Minpunten
There is always a "Flavor of the day" one month they want you to do one thing to please the higher ups, the next month its something else. Sometimes its just too much inconsistency, however if you stick with it and go with the motions you will be rewarded, they never ask you to do anything they wouldn't do themselves.
