Not many. I enjoyed some of the relationships I was able to form with my team. That is, the ones that wouldn't stab me in the back.

Minpunten

The Tulsa area is run like a dictatorship. No autonomy in decision making whatsoever. You will be placed on corrective action for the smallest, minute things that have no bearing on performance results. The Tulsa area is consistently failing, morale is at an all-time low, people are constantly leaving, and it can all be traced back to area leadership.
