Pluspunten
I loved working at U.S. Cellular for many reasons but mainly the company culture. The managers were very supportive throughout my training and after training. I was able to go to my manager for any questions or concerns, I didn't feel intimidated at all.
Minpunten
At first growth was a challenge as I was not getting promoted for petty reasons. At the time when I was working there, we were the only cell phone company that didn't carry the iPhone, which was frustrating because as soon as we were laid off, the company acquired it.
