The company doesn't know where it's going. Culture Survey's are done every year, and management twists what was said to make it seem positive. Pay is increasing at other companies, decreasing here. Opportunities to move up are limited and very political. You will spend at least 50% of your day fixing problems you didn't create. Network quality is terrible. I could go on with cons for hours.
