      Good life work balance, that's about it.

      So much red tape and incompetent people in high positions slows down any internal progress that can maybe take place. So scared of new technology they waste their money on 'new', soon to be obsolete technology I'm surprised they still have customers when the competitors are listening to the consumer world.
