Little or no support for retirement of their employees. They give you a very low what they call pension but it’s doesn’t amount to much after over ten years of service and it’s a one and done amount. There is no insurance offered to retired employees. They didn’t even offer vision , dental or medical care. What they do offer is standard cobra which only last for 18 months.
